Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. We only receive the personal data needed to sell you the Kit and support you.

This website

• No cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no ads. Fonts and styles are served from this site, not from Google or other third parties.
• The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the service, under the GitHub Privacy Statement.

When you buy

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details, billing address and tax information under the Paddle privacy notice. We never see your card details.

Paddle shares with us your name, email address, country, company name (if given) and what you bought. We use these to deliver the Kit and its updates, provide support, handle refunds, and meet accounting and tax obligations. We keep order records for as long as the law requires (typically up to 7 years), and support emails for 3 years.

When you email us

We use your email address and message only to answer you. We don't add you to any mailing list unless you ask to be.

We never

• sell or rent personal data;
• share it with anyone except the processors named here (Paddle for payments, our email provider for support);
• use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@twinhullhq.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU/EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
