1. Who you are buying from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.

Twinhull ("we") publishes the Twinhull HA Kit for PostgreSQL (the "Kit"). Questions about the Kit itself: support@twinhullhq.com.

2. What you get

A digital download containing scripts, configuration templates, a lab environment and documentation, as described on the product page, plus updates released within 12 months of your purchase. Delivery is by download link, sent by email immediately after payment.

3. License

  • Solo: one named engineer may use the Kit.
  • Team: up to ten engineers working for or on behalf of one organisation may use the Kit.
  • You may use the Kit to build, operate and test any number of database clusters owned or operated by your organisation, and modify it for internal use.
  • You may not redistribute, publish, resell or sublicense the Kit or substantial parts of it, including in public repositories, or use it to build a competing product or course.
  • The license is perpetual for the versions you received.

4. No warranty

The Kit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing every procedure in a non-production environment before using it in production. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, data loss or downtime arising from use of the Kit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy: 30 days, no questions asked.

6. Third-party software

The Kit configures, but does not include, PostgreSQL, Patroni, etcd, HAProxy, keepalived and pgBackRest, each distributed under its own open-source license. PostgreSQL is a registered trademark of the PostgreSQL Community Association; Twinhull is not affiliated with or endorsed by it or by any of these projects.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
